I have nothing but praise for the timely and professional manner in which Sonia managed and completed the process.  I never had to chase Sonia for progress etc as constant communication kept me totally informed.

Sonia was very approachable and a delight to deal with. arranging for Auditors and whatever else was needed.  When I saw the amount of paperwork involved it gave me a better understanding of just how much effort was put in.

The hardest thing I had to do was provide some original documentation, answer some questions and sign a mountain of documents.  Sonia personally delivered all documents to be signed as well as looking at any other paperwork I had at home that would assist her.  I never had to chase for anything.

I was more than satisfied with the outcome and the service provided at a very reasonable price.
